Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where available).
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide, including Australia, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and many other countries.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified prior to order completion.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
Australia: 7–14 business days
United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 14–25 business days
